Our rates are inclusive of:
Breakfast, lunch, dinner, afternoon tea, soft drinks, juices, coffee, tea, house wine, beer and a selection of local spirits.

Cancellation and No Show policy:

Cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival	80% of applicable rate
Cancellation less than 30 days or no show	100% of applicable rate

Payment policiy:
25% deposit payment upon receipt of invoice
75% balance payment 30 days prior to arrival
